Failures and mistakes are life lessons meant to guide and teach us to move forward better. They are pit stops, not show-stoppers. They are there for us to learn from, build character and test our limits. They aren’t meant to break our hearts and stop us in our tracks.
On the other hand, we treat our successes as pit stops, stopping only for a short while to celebrate the win and quickly moving on to the next defined level of success. We don’t we stay long enough in that moment; perhaps for fear of judgement as being too complacent? For whatever reasons that we don’t celebrate enough of our wins, we need to learn to discard it.
Appreciate the wins, learn from the non-wins, because we are bound to fail more times than we succeed.
